Parent Reform is very excited to announce our first official parenting conference!

Mary and Warren have been mentoring and coaching parents for many years. Over those years we've also had the privilege of hosting parenting classes in our home and at our church. Typically those classes ran for six weeks and each session was at least 2 hours in duration. That format worked well except space was very limited and it was a bit challenging for busy families to dedicate 6 weeks without having some conflict pop up or being found without childcare for a session or two.

Amazingly most parents did managed to attend all 6 sessions! But it never escaped us that it required a lot of effort for those parents to fit in our classes in that format. Given that, we dreamed of moving to a conference format.

We knew a conference format would be easier on parents logistically but also, and perhaps more importantly, it might provide greater continuity with the material to enhance retention. We also hoped that married couples would experience a conference as a retreat that would serve to enhance their marriage as they seek to enhance their parenting.
Well, here we are! With our official launch behind us we are ready for presenting in a 2-day conference format. Also new with the conference format is having a name: The Parent Reform REBOOT Conference. Why "REBOOT"? If there were a reset button for today’s Christian marriages and homes, we think few of us would hesitate to press it. Resetting the effects of the decline and distortion of home and marriage, restoring its purpose and functionality to more closely match God’s design—that would be a button to press!

And what would such a button actually need to do? Well, attend Parent Reform's REBOOT conference and find out!
